A MTV revelou nesta terça-feira (5) os artistas indicados ao Video Music Awards (VMA) 2025, uma das premiações mais aguardadas do cenário musical global. Com cerimônia marcada para o dia 7 de setembro, a edição deste ano destaca a cantora Lady Gaga, que lidera a lista com impressionantes 12 nomeações.
Logo atrás, aparecem Bruno Mars e Kendrick Lamar, com 11 indicações cada. Completando o topo estão Rosé e Sabrina Carpenter, ambas com oito nomeações. Outros nomes de destaque incluem Ariana Grande e The Weeknd (7), Billie Eilish (6), e Charli XCX (5). Já artistas como Bad Bunny, Doechii, Ed Sheeran, Jelly Roll, Miley Cyrus e Tate McRae acumulam quatro indicações cada.
Entre as principais categorias, a faixa “Die with a Smile”, parceria entre Lady Gaga e Bruno Mars, está presente em diversas nomeações, incluindo Vídeo do Ano, Música do Ano e Melhor Colaboração.
